Tunable 300 pin Transponders

Bookham offers a Full Band Tunable, Small Form Factor 300 pin MSA-compliant Transponder. This Small Form Factor module is enabled by Bookhams unique co-packaged tunable laser with InP Mach-Zehnder modulator. Key characteristics of the Bookham Tunable 300 pin Transponders include:

• Fully qualified to GR-468
• Low power consumption <9W EOL over temperature and supply corners
• Equivalent performance to legacy LFF LiNb03 based devices
• Compliant to 300 pin MSA
• Zero and Negative chirp transmitter variants available for Regional, Metro and Long Haul applications
• APD and PIN receiver variants available
