850 nm single-mode VCSELs
The Bookham industry leading 850 nm single mode VCSEL technology enables scalable manufacturing for many high volume sensing applications. The wide aperture design features reduced ESD sensitivity and active polarization locking while offering stable single mode output power and excellent long term reliability. The VCSEL chip is designed to withstand humid environments without additional protection, allowing innovative small form factor assemblies.

Bookham offers the 850 nm single mode VCSEL product family as chips and in TO assemblies with optional monitor diode.
