850 nm High power multimode VCSELs
The Bookham high power 850 nm multimode VCSELs are designed for applications that require spectrally narrow, temperature stable (0.06 nm/°C) distributed laser illumination. The high power 2D VCSEL arrays emit more than 150 mW of laser output power/chip and can easily be assembled into modules with output powers > 5 W.
