9xx nm Laser Diode Bar Solutions

The Bookham 9xx nm laser diode bar solutions have been designed to provide the increased brightness and reliability required for pumping next generation solid state disk and fiber lasers, and direct applications. The laser diode bars are mounted on an expansion matched submount onto a water-cooled microchannel cooler package or a passive Cu block providing very high reliability in CW and pulsed (1-Hz type) applications.
